Lennox v Golota
Lennox v Ruddock
those two will always be my favorite because of the swift annihilation factor
the best short fight of all time has got to be Jaime Garza v Juan Kid Meza.... at least that's gotta be way up there

Hearns-Cuevas, Morales-Chacon, Chavez-Mayweather I, Ali-Williams. Most of these are just brutal ass kickings.
Kimba identified the short fight that had competition written all over it.

Now that I think about it, Hamed-Kelly comes to mind. That kept me on the edge of my seat as long as it lasted.
