Bute by easy UD,
The fights in Canada so it is likely that Johnson would need a KO to win. Any rounds that are close will go to Lucian on at least two of the cards. But I don't even think there will be close rounds. Bute just methodically breaks Johnson down. If Glen comes to make it a fight, it could be a good fight. If Glen comes for a paycheck, Bute just wears him down each round for an easy win. I suspect two of the judges will have it wide for Bute, even if it is a close fight.
Just wonder if the Marlon Wright curse of the 16 second knockdown count could come into affect? I don't think so. But easy win for Bute regardless.

Boring. Johnson clearly over the hill but still took good shots and went the distance. Really put me to sleep....Ringo

Glen Johnson's age finally caught up to him many years ago. He's still crafty and dangerous, but he's not able to pull the trigger as often anymore against the elite fighters at 168-175. Johnson will be a great gatekeeper for years to come weeding out the pretenders. I just hope he doesn't stick around too long. I'd hate to see that guy get hurt. One of my faves in recent years.
Bute looked good again, but we won't know his full quality until he faces the winner of the Super Six Final, one of the top 5 fights in boxing that needs to happen ASAP.
